Job Vacancy: Crushing Assistant (Entry-Level Growth Role) 

We are seeking a Crushing Assistant—a bright, relatively young individual who is enthusiastic, business-savvy, and ready to immerse themselves in the operational heart of our quarry. This is a foundational role designed for someone who is willing to learn every aspect of aggregate crushing, from basic machinery operation to product quality control and production management.

No direct crushing experience is required. We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training. What you must bring is a strong business acumen and a proactive, dedicated attitude.

Key Responsibilities (Will be Taught):

· Assist the Crushing Manager and operators in the daily operations of the crushing plant.

· Learn to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot crushing machinery (e.g., feeders, crushers, screens, conveyors) under supervision.

· Assist with regular inspections to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely.

· Support inventory management of raw materials and finished aggregate products.

· Learn and apply quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet client specifications.

· Maintain accurate operational and production records.

Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and environmental regulations.

· Essential Experience: Must possess some prior business experience in operations of manufacturing—showing an understanding of operational efficiency, cost, and planning.

· Mindset: Highly willing to learn, proactive, and shows a strong dedication to personal and professional growth.

· Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on industrial environment.

· Physical: Must be physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions and a dusty environment.
