Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry
- Contactable work references
- RSA citizen with no criminal record
- Strong work ethic and sober habits

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead team members in all daily installation activities
- Perform problem-solving on site and ensure smooth project execution
- Handle necessary administrative tasks
- Enforce safety and housekeeping standards at all times
- Coach and assist team members to ensure correct work practices
- Manage time, schedules, and overall team commitment
- Plan and organise labour, machinery, and resources
- Read and interpret layout plans
- Maintain strong organisational standards
