Ottawa Spur at Cavendish is seeking to hire a Junior or middle Kitchen Manager.

Experience and proven tracking record is needed, reference check will be conducted .

The candidate will need to have the necessary skills & attribute ,be motivated , have good time management , adequate work ethics, be able to receive stocks, Pack neatly and accordingly , Prep sheet and count sheet a must , good forecaster, physically & mentally strong and fit to assume responsibilities.

Discipline of BOH a prerequisite , hygiene standards to be followed at all times , as well as opening and closing procedures.

He will be reporting to the Operator via the Senior Kitchen Manager.
