Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Automation Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize automated mechanical systems that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability across our production and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical automation solutions, including mechanisms, assemblies, and automated equipment
• Create 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, etc.)
• Participate in concept development, prototyping, testing, and full-scale implementation of automated systems
• Integrate mechanical designs with electrical, control, and software systems
• Conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, manufacturing, quality, operations) to ensure seamless integration into production
• Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, user manuals, and maintenance guidelines
• Ensure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and reliability targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of automation principles, machine design, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools and engineering analysis methods
• Knowledge of actuators, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motion systems, and precision mechanisms
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and commissioning automated machinery
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
