What Youll Do:
- Draft and implement PLC logic (Phoenix Contact, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Omron, ABB, etc.).
- Develop and configure SCADA/HMI interfaces and dashboards.
- Perform onsite commissioning, FAT, SAT, and system integration.
- Troubleshoot automation hardware and communication issues (I/O faults, sensors, VFDs, encoders, and comms buses).
- Interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and loop drawings.
- Implement industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and MQTT).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk assessments.
- Prepare documentation (functional specs, manuals, IO lists, and as-builts).
Education:
- National Diploma / BTech in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Process Instrumentation.
Experience & Skills:
- 03 years relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of PLC basics, ladder logic, instrumentation fundamentals, sensors, motors, VSDs.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite.
