Seeking Experienced Academic Coach for PhD Support in Literature-Based Chapters and Journal Articles

I am currently embarking on my PhD journey and find myself in need of a knowledgeable and experienced academic coach (with a doctorate) who can provide guidance and support, particularly through the intricacies of journal articles and literature-based chapters.

Responsibilities:

• Help in understanding and analyzing academic journal articles.
• Assist in structuring and developing literature review chapters.
• Offer guidance on academic writing and referencing styles.
• Provide feedback on written drafts and help in improving academic rigor.
• Act as a sounding board for ideas and hypotheses.
• Support in navigating academic databases and resources.

Requirements:

• A strong academic background with a doctorate preferred.
• Experience in academic tutoring, mentoring, or coaching.
• Proficient in academic research methodologies and literature analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with my field of study (please specify your field) is advantageous but not required.

This role would be ideal for retired academics, doctorate holders, or postgraduate tutors who have a passion for teaching and research. The coaching sessions could be conducted online, so geographical location is not a constraint.
