Top-Fin Services (Pty) Ltd, a youth empowerment and financial literacy organisation that helps people monetise their skills, is looking for motivated individuals to earn commission by promoting practical financial education.

Role Description

This is a commission-based role best suited for individuals who are confident in sales and comfortable earning based on performance.

We are recruiting Independent Sales Representatives to help empower students, graduates, and youth to start earning while still learning by promoting and selling the ‘Graduate with Freedom’ workbook and programme to:

• Schools
• Universities and colleges
• TVET colleges
• Training centres
• NGOs and youth organisations
• Businesses supporting youth development

How you earn

Sales Representatives earn commission on every workbook sold by securing bulk orders from schools, colleges, and organisations.

Minimum order per sale: 10 books (no individual sales).

Commission Structure (per sale):

• Sell 10–24 books → Earn 10% commission
• Sell 25–40 books → Earn 12% commission
• Sell 41–99 books → Earn 15% commission
• Sell 100–119 books → Earn 15% commission + R1,000 bonus
• Sell 120+ books → Earn 20% commission

Note: Training, sales scripts, and ongoing support will be provided.

Additional opportunity

If you introduce a school or organisation that books a Skill2Income Lab Training Workshop, you will earn 5% referral commission on the training fee.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and networking skills with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently and build client relationships.
• Experience in sales/financial services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge, and passion for youth empowerment are advantageous.
