Monitoring Listener Alarm signals (Listener monitoring software experience is of beneficial, but not essential.Dispatching Alarm calls to reaction officers. Experience on the AJAX system will also be to your advantage .Reporting and recording evidence for company/client. Dealing with alarm related complaints.Dealing with day to day client liaison, both verbal & written.Must beable to work shifts.Must be willing to work overtime.Must beable to work under pressure.Must be fluent in English.Must be registered with PSIRA,C.V's can be emailed to admin@bayresponse.co.za or info@bayresponse.co.za
