We are seeking a professional and well-organised Admin / Receptionist to join our team with immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors professionally
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
General administrative duties (filing, scanning, data capturing)
Assisting management and staff with day-to-day admin support
Maintaining office records and stationery supplies
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-presented, reliable, and organised
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Start Date: Immediate
