Description

We are seeking a professional and well-organised Admin / Receptionist to join our team with immediate availability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors professionally

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails

  • General administrative duties (filing, scanning, data capturing)

  • Assisting management and staff with day-to-day admin support

  • Maintaining office records and stationery supplies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Well-presented, reliable, and organised

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Start Date: Immediate
