SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES LADY – PRINTING INDUSTRY Zanomark Printing – Waverley, Pretoria Immediate Start Available!

Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for closing deals and building lasting client relationships? Zanomark Printing, a dynamic and growing printing company based in Waverley, Pretoria, is looking for a motivated Sales Lady to join our team and help drive business growth.

About the Role We specialise in high-quality printing solutions (from business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, large-format prints, and more) for businesses, events, and individuals across Pretoria and beyond. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into loyal customers.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
• Strong drive, self-motivation, and a hunter mentality – you thrive on targets and closing deals
• Preferably existing knowledge of the printing industry (e.g. digital/litho printing, substrates, finishing options) – but we will train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Own reliable transport (essential for client visits around Pretoria)
• Smartphone/laptop for remote work and CRM use
• Based in or near Pretoria (easy access to Waverley)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your success will be measured by clear, achievable targets:

• Achieve or exceed monthly revenue/sales target (starting target to be discussed based on experience)
• Minimum 8–12 qualified new client meetings/appointments per month
• Minimum 20–30% conversion rate from quoted jobs to completed orders
• Maintain a pipeline of at least 3× monthly target value in active opportunities
• Achieve at least 70% customer retention/repeat business from your client base
• Submit accurate weekly activity & sales reports
