• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Identification, solicitation and gathering of CETA business needs and requirements to inform the design and scale of a cloud solution/s

• Architecture Design: Development of a detailed cloud architecture plan outlining components and services required to meet CETA requirements

• Implementation and Deployment: Execution of the cloud architecture plan, and deployment of cloud resources and services

• Monitoring and Management: Continuous monitoring and cloud performance to manage resources and optimise operation

• Optimisation and Continuous Improvement: Improvement of cloud resource allocation and performance based on CETA and stakeholder feedback and amendments to CETA requirements
