CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

Gardier Security Services (PTY) Ltd requires a motivated individual to join our team as Control room Operator. The successful incumbent will be responsible but not limited to monitoring the cameras, posting of staff and compiling reports on what was observed.

The Control Room Operator's primary purpose is to oversee the protection of sites through and residential areas through monitoring and regulating the company’s procedure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitoring/tracking of company vehicles and tracking devices.

· Daily posting of staff.

· Monitor man patrol activities on sites.

· Daily reporting of occurrences.

· Reporting of irregular activities.

· Communicating with managers and supervisors.

· Response on system / email / report.

· Reporting of issues to the relevant department

· The monitoring of cameras and reporting on what is recorded.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

· Grade B PSIRA Certificate.

· 2 – 3 years relevant work experience

· Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CCTV)

· Knowledge of staff posting

· Knowledge of Listener

· Sound report writing skills.

· Language proficiency (Afrikaans & English)
