Location: Durban North
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on individual to join our team in a dual role covering construction operations supervision and insurance claims administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise construction teams and allocate daily tasks
Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and compliance
Oversee tools, equipment, and material stock availability
Source and liaise with suppliers
Handle basic debtors and creditors administration
Manage insurance claims intake and gather required client information
Assess claim eligibility according to policy terms
Conduct property inspections to validate claims
Prepare quotes and process invoices
Communicate with clients regarding claim progress and payments
Requirements:
Experience in construction supervision and/or insurance claims administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Valid driver’s licence
Sober habits , clean, smart and presentable
No Health Problems
Own transport + Laptop & Smartphone
