Operations Supervisor &  Insurance Claims Administrator

Location: Durban North

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on individual to join our team in a dual role covering construction operations supervision and insurance claims administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction teams and allocate daily tasks

• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and compliance

• Oversee tools, equipment, and material stock availability

• Source and liaise with suppliers

• Handle basic debtors and creditors administration

• Manage insurance claims intake and gather required client information

• Assess claim eligibility according to policy terms

• Conduct property inspections to validate claims

• Prepare quotes and process invoices

• Communicate with clients regarding claim progress and payments

Requirements:

• Experience in construction supervision and/or insurance claims administration

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Valid driver’s licence

• Sober habits , clean, smart and presentable

• No Health Problems

• Own transport + Laptop & Smartphone
