VIRTUAL OFFICE PACKAGES

We have the following Virtual Office offerings at Venture Workspace:

1. Virtual Office (Address Only): Includes the use of our address as your own business address

R550 ex VAT/ month

2. Virtual Office: Includes the use of our address as your own business address; a dedicated telephone line which is answered by our receptionist in your company name; and mail/package handling.

R1000 ex VAT / month

3. Virtual Office Package: Includes the use of our address as your own business address; a dedicated telephone line which is answered by our receptionist in your company name; mail/package handling; and 3hrs per month use of our meeting rooms.

R1500 ex VAT / month

Important to note:

• One month's refundable deposit is required for all virtual offices.

• Landline number and address will be provided upon receipt of payment.

• Virtual offices have a calendar month notice period, so if you decide to sign up on a month-to-month contract, the initial agreement will be for 2 months

• We use a VoIP system for calls, there might be some charges to install the app; one extension is included in the virtual office and any additional extensions are charged at R120.00
