My name is Elzane (pronounced “Elzaan”), and I’m offering my administrative skills to business owners who don’t have the capacity (or enough work) to hire a permanent employee and would like to free up their time to focus on what’s most important in their business.

Types of services I can provide would include (but not limited to):

· Typing of documents; I can type 50 words per minute.

· Creating or editing PDF documents.

· Creating PDF fillable forms; eliminate printing and filling in forms.

· Email management.

· Finding and comparing quotes.

· Creating social media posts – the text and the images.

· Research projects.

· Creating customer and supplier invoices (I have Sage One knowledge).

· Making logos using Midjourney.

· Creating business card designs.

I am working from my home office, where I have fast fiber internet connection and a reliable computer with an extra screen for working faster and more efficiently.


Since I'll be assisting remotely, I'm able to assist multiple areas / provinces.


I’ve been in administrative roles since 2014 and I enjoy learning through new opportunities to further expand my skills and knowledge.

My rate per hour is R100.00 and I use a timer application to accurately track time spent on tasks to ensure accurate billing.
