Position: Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support our technical and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work confidently in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the technical department
• Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls
• Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and system documentation
• Coordinate between technical, finance, and management teams
• Support basic to intermediate technical administration and follow-ups

Requirements & Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• • Finance principles
  • Invoicing and payment processes
  • Internal procedures and controls
• Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (training will be provided)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proactive individual who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
