Description
An exciting career opportunity became available, for a Business Sales Consultant, in our Medical Professionals Team. We are looking for an individual that is passionate about Sales, and experience in the Healthcare environment, would be an advantage.


Responsibility:
• Build and develop relationships within Government and Private Hospitals
with the Hospital Managers, Nursing Managers, Unit Managers, Ward
Administrators, etc
• Identify potential clients and set up appointments to visit their offices as and
when required
• Communicate all client queries / incidents to the Director
• Ensure that the division’s credit control is monitored
• Generate sales opportunities by identifying the needs of existing and new
clients
• Follow up on all visits and/or quotes to clients
• Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Director on activities that have transpired at client sites
• Obtain competitor information to ensure that the Company remains at the
forefront of the market
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and staff
• Manage new business and/or existing clients brought into the Company
• Ensure that clients remain active with the Company
• Advise on the contracted medical professionals pay rates and charge rates
• Weekly and monthly reporting on sales and targets in your division
• Ensure that all sales and client policies and procedures are adhered to
• Support the monitoring of staff performance by ongoing assessments and
evaluations
• Monitor, follow up on and action tender requests
