Position Overview

ClearCall Solutions is seeking a highly responsible and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support daily business operations. This is a full office-based position requiring a reliable individual who can work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is honest, punctual, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Open and log office premises daily without supervision

Assist with general administrative duties

Manage schedules and appointments

Handle confidential documents and company information

Perform multitasking duties as required by management

Maintain office organization and daily operations

Assist with recruitment and HR coordination when required

Liaise with suppliers and service providers

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator

Traceable references (mandatory)

Own reliable transport

Ability to work independently without supervision

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Honest, trustworthy, and responsible character

Punctual with strong time management

Basic computer literacy

Remuneration

Basic salary offered (discussed at interview)

Must be able to set appointments when required. Commission will be paid
