Description
A fast-paced Data Protection Specialist Company in the IT industry, with national and international clients, seeks a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager/Sales Indicidual to add value to the business. You should be driven by service excellence, strategic business development and relationship building skills, while possessing business and commercial acumen, planning and organizing abilities, negotiating skills, perseverance and resilience. You will be responsible for creating new opportunities, thus realizing additional turnover for the company through your sales efforts, whilst also managing a few key accounts and other designated customers all in the interests of growing our company. Job skills requirements · Relevant qualifications in IT sales and general IT knowledge · Proven experience in Sales and Key Account Management · A contact base on social media such as on LinkedIn · Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to close deals · Presentable, well spoken in English language, with good presentation skills · Knowledge of Customer Service Practices · Project rollout skills in IT are a definite added advantage. · Excellent MS Office and social media ability Key Account Management Responsibilities · Communicate with Key Account clients daily · Develop and maintain a regular calling cycle with Key Account contacts · Manage and track daily, weekly and monthly reports on all duties · Manage any new sales opportunities in the Key Account · Check accuracy of Key Account databases within the company Systems and follow up on resolution of issues · Attend and produce reports for the weekly EXCO/MANCO meeting · Ensure professional Change Management within the Key Account wrt Solution changes Job Description · SELL the company’s offering with diligence and a non-negotiable sense of duty · Create a sales pipeline of at least one quarter in advance, relative to the targets set by the CEO. · Devise a channel management growth plan with budget requirements, marketing activity and future expansion in collaboration with the Business Development team · Draft proposals and supply information to build sales · Manage, report on and update sales · At all times ensure compliance with SLA and Legal requirements in the process of any sale. · Closely coordinate company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as is appropriate in the structure of company operations · Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and latest trends in the IT market, with a particular focus on Cybercrime/Data protection. · Network and represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences If you meet the requirements and wish to become part of our team, forward your CV and documentation to Leona before 21/01/22.
