To provide professional sales and administrative support to customers and the sales team by managing the full internal sales process, from quotation to final invoicing, while ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate processing, and clear communication in line with the company values.
Cape Town & Johannesburg Branches:
Sales order processing
Quotations and pricing
Customer onboarding
Walk in client services
Stock returns and credits
Customer communications and support on all platforms
Payment & administration
Product knowledge & technical support
Qualification & Skills:
Matric (non-negotiable)
Bilingual - English & Afrikaans
Computer skills (i.e. Excel)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience required
Experience in Construction, Hardware & Building, FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution or similar industries would be an advantage
