We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Work on getting the Honeywell Commercial Fire (HCF) Products approved by the approval authorities in the region.
Develop and maintain relationships with allocated end-users and partners across the Sub
Saharan Africa by promoting HCF's solutions and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
Responsible for the sales revenue and to develop appropriate Channels, manage partners including the training and development of their teams.
Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets
Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the marketplace and communicate information
Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management, ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management
Coordinating with other Honeywell product Business units to enlist support on specific Projects and develop specifications and Channels
Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities by establishing direct relations with end users, key customers and key players in different verticals
You Must Have
Bachelor in Electronics / Communication Engineer (Engineering or Technical Degree)
5-8 Years' experience in Fire Industry in the Sub Saharan Africa Market
Fire product knowledge, Project Design and Management,
Technical Sales Experience on Building Technologies Products and Solutions
Regional Sales Experience across Sub Saharan Africa - East, West and South Africa
Fire product Training Certificates
Technical Sales and Solutions Training
