Territory Manager Medical Sales / Medical Sales Re

Bryanston - The Sales representative will be responsible and accountable to grow sales by actively managing his / her designated territory in South Africa. This role will be responsible for devising strategic plans to grow profitable sales and drive strong partnership with customers and key decision makers in the hospitals to gain market share and sales.Develop strategic partnerships with end users, doctors, nurses, buyers and drive market share and accelerate product sales.Devise and execute customer-specific commercial plans to achieve required growth targets.Work with internal cross-function team (Marketing, product Management, Sales) to develop and implement successful strategies for territory.Drive fast introduction and launch of new products andTrain customers and end-users on new and existing product portfolio.Be aware of competitor landscape and opportunities in market.Direct and ensure follow up on all incoming doctor enquiries, leads and RFQ´sImplementation of strategy to relevant target audienceIdentifying opportunities and gaps in the market to increase product demand and salesLeverage CRM tool Repsly to gather all customer information and manage their demandPerform of workshops/lectures about strategic products.Qualifications:Paramedical Education, Nursing degree, Medical Marketing DegreeExperience:3-5 years experience in medical device repping with established relationships with surgeons, nurses procurement. A strong track record.Certifications:SAMED Crice, certified copies of all qualifications and degreesCompany DescriptionGerman owned well established Medical Devices company.
