Description

We are an online business selling a wide range of outdoor leisure and similar exciting products.


We require a Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team and assist with the processing of incoming orders, replying to customer queries and general sales duties.


This is a desk-based job, no traveling or cold calling required. We operate from our retail shop in Somerset West.


Duties will include:

  • Processing of incoming online orders

  • Assist customers with product related queries

  • Turn leads and inquiries into sales

  • General customer service and assistance


REQUIREMENTS

  • Well-spoken

  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans

  • Fully computer literate and fluent in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word. Internet savvy.

  • Your English written grammar must be excellent as you will be communicating a lot via email

  • Self-motivated

  • Work under pressure

  • Multi-Task

  • Must be resident in the Helderberg
