  • Days and times required to work – 45 hours a week (will be split between a 40 hours week and a 50 hour week, the 50 hour week will be ½ day Saturday & Sunday)

    • Preferably the candidate must be older than 30 Years

Here are some duties

  • Managing a team of bakery department and staff
  • Overseeing the service operations of the service departments to ensure quality customer service and quality products
  • Establishing quality hygiene standards for service department staff to adhere to as part of their daily duties
  • Maintaining strong work relationships with suppliers and vendors, stock ordering and following up on out of stocks in the service departments
  • Auditing the work of the service departments to identify inefficiencies and devising solutions
  • Managing the budget related to the company's bakery department
  • Doing weekly and monthly department stocktakes and reporting figures to senior management
  • Implementing new products/menu ideas to improve sales in departments
  • Weekly Promotion planning for bakery department

This is a senior position in the department so they will need to have experience managing bakery departments as they will need to be familiar with the running of the departments ( Bakery )
