• Execution and Leadership: Lead the implementation of recipes, oversee production, and provide training to staff members, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation.
• Profitability and Sales Growth: Drive departmental profitability and sales growth through strategic planning and innovative food offerings.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a relentless focus on the quality, taste, and presentation of all food leaving the kitchen.
• Management Role: This is a management position reporting directly to the supermarket owners, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a supermarket or food retail setting.
• Strong understanding of food cost analysis, recipe development, and production management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Energetic and highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
