Requirements:
- Relevant Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager at a Retail Store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stores Performance and Measurement
- Stock Management and Buying Controls
- Marketing
- Daily Budgeting, Sales, Reports, and Targets
- Loss Control
- Customer Service
- Safety and Hygiene
- People Management
- Finance Administration
- Systems and Procedures
- Stock Takes
- Management Control and additional responsibilities
