BMW N54 aluminium charge pipe with Blow Off Valve ( BOV ) available in black and blue. Price R4200. Upgrade from the stock flimsy OEM plastic charge pipe to this far superior metal pipe that will not crack and offers better performance.

Please note the O ring and C clip is not included, but can be provided at an additional cost. Your existing ring and clip should be suitable to re-use, but obviously its condition should be checked first to ensure a good fit and seal is possible.

Does a charge pipe need a BOV?

Not necessarily but it is a good idea. At higher boost levels the plastic charge pipe can crack. You can buy adapters to run different blow off valves on the stock charge pipe if you decide to go that way. If your messing with the BOV/DV I would take the time and money to upgrade to a metal charge pipe
