Very quickly demand for our services grew so that we now provide imported items as well as those made by local manufacturers to cater for the local market. Automatic 4-Way Bridge Assembly Line

This machine is designed to nail legs with 3 or 4 blocks. It consists of a fixed support with 6 or 8 face-up coil nail guns, chassis made of structural tube and block feeders charged manually. Blocks are dragged by tubes held by two side chains which are is driven by a 2 CV geared motor. Planks are charged by an employee in a buffer storage and placed onto blocks by a pneumatic system.

The MPA is an auxiliary machine to nail 4 ways pallets. It is completely automated and it is operated by only one employee who merely charges wood. The machine achieves 8 – 12 legs per minute.

It is possible a greater automation by adding a block cutter with automatic charger, legs stacker and a transfer module for legs. In this way we will get the highest level of productivity with the minimum personnel.
