Pre-Finished Engineered Wooden Flooring. This product is out of the TOP DRAW. Imported from Europe. Can be sanded if ever required. Colour Merbau - as per the picture. Dimensions, per board, 1.800meters Long, 125mm Wide, 14mm Thick.

I have 9 boxes of boards – total 21 square meters. Plus a roll of under flooring sponge for this flooring. Price R1,200.00 per square meter. R25,000 for the lot.

Also have 54 meters of moulded matching skirting. (18 lengths of 3m each). Price R550.00 a length.

The picture shows this flooring as laid in my house - with window in the background. No sanding, no coating required. Used just as it comes out of the box. Picture of boxes is on another (lino) floor.
