Return Policy - Warranty

i. 6 months limited warranty (please insist on an invoice when purchasing from the shop)

ii. 7 days money back guarantee (If the item stops working within 7 days,
we will replace it or pay your money back – whatever you decide)

iii. For our online customers:

a. If an item stops working within 7 days, we will collect the faulty item
from you and send a new tested and working item to you at our own cost.

b. Within 30 days, send the item back to us and we will send you a new tested and working item at our own cost.

c. If the item breaks within 6 months of purchase, send the item back to
us and arrange collection of a new tested and working item, no questions
