J b v the palms  v e n u e c o s t full payment: r5000 deposit: r2500 to book the required date the remaining balance to be paid 7 days before the booked date * deposit is non refundable venue specifications: capacity: 50 people pool and braai area available secured parking available two toilets and sanitation facilities water and electricity points provided venue rules: please leave premises in the way it was hired, no littering to be left at the end of the day music is allowed swimming is at your own risk please note that we have a large pool and a baby pool no buses of more than 32 seaters are allowed to be parked operating hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ( standard operating hours) other hours can be organized upon request please note: all attendees are responsible for their own safety during the event the venue will not be liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event the venue must be left in the same condition as when it was hired ⁠please bring your own grids toilet paper if you need any further information or have any specific requirements, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you
