Pet registry

We've created a pet registry website that allows the finder of a pet to go onto the site and contact the owner directly. Upon registration, a collar tag will be sent to the owner with a unique ID number that has to be attached to the pets collar. Owners are encouraged to register their fur kids and birds. Leaving a birds cage open for just a few seconds would be enough for the bird to get out. Also with dogs, it only takes a few seconds for the dog to get out of the yard.
