Two original Oil Paints, duly signed G .Rossi (Giuseppe Rossi, an Italian Artist, 1876-1952), undated (estimated 1930’s or earlier), sized circa 32 x 40 cm., portraying in sonny earth colours, typical Sicilian scenes: the one, “2 kids”, sitting on the street, in the shade, in front of a house, the second, a “younger with a red cap”, sitting on a stone bench, playing a small stringed instrument. Both Oil have been professionally cleaned, restored to old glory and tastefully reframed (46 x 57 cm.). For these unique paints, since acquisition in the 1930’s in family possession, privately asking R. 20000. - for each, or alternatively R.35000. - for both.
