I am seeking employment as an Administrator/ Personal Assistant / Receptionist.

- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Reminding the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff,suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers.
- Booking conference calls , rooms,taxis,couriers, hotels etc.
- Covering reception desk when required
- Maintaining computer and manual filing system.
- Receiving , sorting and distributing the post.
- Answering calls,emails and web chat inquiries from clients.
