I am seeking employment as an Administrator/ Personal Assistant / Receptionist.


As a highly competent Individual. I would bring a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude to this position.


I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. I respond to
requests from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing multiple ongoing
projects.

Additionally, I am proficient in:
  • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, coping , binding, scanning etc.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Reminding the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff,suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers.
  • Booking conference calls , rooms,taxis,couriers, hotels etc.
  • Covering reception desk when required
  • Maintaining computer and manual filing system.
  • Receiving , sorting and distributing the post.
  • Answering calls,emails and web chat inquiries from clients.
