Blue Chip Retail Outlet / Store situated in the heart of Mount Edgecombe has a vacancy for a ADMIN MANAGER / SENIOR BOOKKEEPER.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the day to day Admin

and Bookkeeping for this very busy Store.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Management of 4 Admin Staff
  • Basic HR Function / Payroll

  • Books to Balance Sheet
  • Dealing with a large Number of Suppliers

Requirements :

  • Min 5-10 years Admin experience essential
  • Min 5-10 years Bookkeeping experience to Balance Sheet
  • Advanced PASTEL
  • MS Office - Word and Excel essential
  • Ability to Manage and Supervise Staff and Multitask
  • Experience in Basic HR Issues and managing Payroll

  • Must have excellent Communication Skills in English
  • A Team Player
