Duties: including but not limited to the below:
• Arrange bookings
• Respond to emails and reception
• Processing Invoices
• Make payments and cash weekly wages
• Manage petty cash
• Capture supplier invoices
• Stock take
• Communicate with clients
• Record of parts
• Data capturing
• Request quotes from suppliers
• Manage customer complaints online
• Matric Certificate
• Bookkeeping Certificate (advantageous)
• Pastel Experience Advantageous
• 3 Years’ experience in an office environment
• Driver’s license & Own Transport
• Experience in reconciliations
• Basic bookkeeping, debtors and creditors experience
