We supply the water, mining, municipal, chemical, and industrial sectors with high-quality measurement solutions.We are seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our Head Office team and support our national sales operations.


Position OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to:
  • Prepare quotations
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries
  • Support sales representatives
  • Perform general sales office administration

Training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, numerate, and motivated to grow within a technical sales environment.


Minimum Requirements
  • Matric with Maths and Science, or IT, or Accounting, or Business
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong numeracy and confidence working with formulas, prices, and codes
  • Comfortable using computers (MS Office, email, basic data entry)
  • Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
  • Reliability, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
  • Any age is welcome to apply

Beneficial (Not Required)
  • IEB Curriculum
  • Proven track record in a sales or customer service environment
  • Experience working in an office, technical, or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with quotations or admin work

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare professional quotations with the training provided
  • Manage incoming sales enquiries (phone, email, walk-in)
  • Record customer details and maintain sales databases
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries and customer requests
  • Assist sales representatives with admin and paperwork
  • Work with production, dispatch, and technical teams where needed
  • Maintain filing, documentation control, and basic office duties

Screening & SelectionApplicants will be required to complete:
  • Basic numeracy and accuracy tests
  • Communication/professionalism assessment
  • Standard reference and background checks
