Description

Minimum Requirements:

The applicant must have Grade 12 and Diploma in Purchasing Management, Logistics or equivalent qualification. Knowledge and experience of tender / bid administration

Computer Skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

Duties

Checking of e-Tendering and newspapers and all portals on daily basis

Preparation of and compilation of all Tenders / bids within the stipulated time frames and must be compliant to the requirements.

Ensure that all documents required are obtained and attached to the tender / bid document e.g certificates, proposals etc

Ensure all certificates used for tenders are always updated

Drafting of project management and other documents required for bidding / tendering

Ensure that the tenders / bids are accurate and that the costing is done accurately

Arrange for timeous delivery of bid documents

Must be available when there are site visits

Compilation and consolidation of quotes for different units / sections

Updating of tender reports on a monthly basis for the CEO

Maintain necessary filling system

On award, make sure that the contract is vetted by the company’s legal.

Make sure all contracts are safely stored

Ability to plan and meet deadlines under pressure Responsibilities

Ability to build and maintain work relationships
