· Minimum requirements as following:
· Grade 12 (Matric).
· Relevant experience minimal 3 years in the position advertised
· Good understanding of basic book keeping principles.
· Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Email).
· General Administration skills
· Communication and Attributes
· Experience in processing payroll (VIP Payroll) would be highly advantageous.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
· Organised and Meticulous
· Attention to detail
· Handling an entire creditors function.
· Well-spoken and well groomed
· VIP Payroll Experience
· ERP Experience
· Book Keeping
· Be able to work well under pressure
· Account payable and receivable
· HR experience
· Office Admin skill
· Honest & trustworthy
· Ability to work under pressure
