Description

A registered Debt Review firm seeks the services of an General Administrative Female Clerk

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years general office administration experience
Professional Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak,read and write)
Driver's License
Ability to function effectively in a team
Advanced multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
Client service orientation
Accuracy and attention to detail
Microsoft Excel, Word and Excel

Duties will include:
Liaising with clients and attending to queries
Prepare and distribute relevant documents
Follow up on outstanding queries with clients
Provide required information and documents to clients
Provide feedback to management on areas of improvement
Recommend implementation of enhanced processes

Remuneration:
R6000 + benefits (provident fund)
