SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Dealing with Clients (Quotes, Follow Ups, Internal Orders)
- Dealing with Suppliers (Hardware and Software Pricing and Orders)
- General Admin
- Answering Calls
- Previous experience
- Fully computer literate
- Understanding of bookkeeping
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Must be SUPER ORGANIZED.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
