Looking for an assistant/admin person fulfilling the following roles.
Contacting of existing clients as well as setting up of appointments with new clients. Handling the files and ensuring all paperwork is finished for every client prior to a meeting being scheduled. following up with client an insurance company from start to finish.
you shouldnt be scared of the phone as there will be alot of calling.
needs to be fluent ini afrikaans and english. speaking and writing.
preferably have youre own laptop and transport as this will make it easier.
If you have previous experience it will be a bonus.
