General Details

We are looking for an admin person for our company :

The individual must have the following skills-

- Strong and Fluent telephone skills

- Full knowledge of Microsoft office (non negotiable)

- Trustworthy

- Hardworking

- Have sales experience (advantageous)

- Attentive to detail

- Supplier liaison

- Willing to learn but should be a fast learner as well.

- Must be able to do quoting, invoicing, client support, filing, answering of telephones etc.


· - Matric or higher

· - Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar field

· - Minimum 2 contactable references

· - Exceptional computer literacy skills especially MS Excel (non negotiable! We will not train you on PC skills)

· - Valid license and own vehicle

· - General admin and Organizational skills

- Well-presented and spoken

- Professional communication skills and good telephone manner

- Able to liaise on many levels (Internal staff, customers, suppliers)

- Be meticulous, courteous, efficient
