Car Rental Company based in Germiston Requires Office Admin Assistant.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Customer service

· Manage queries and reservations

· Administrative duties

· Willing to work weekends (Saturday)

· Build and maintain beneficial relations internal and external

· Achieve own and company client satisfaction targets

· Day to day operations

Requirements:

· Matric Qualification

· Microsoft Office skills

· Driver’s License (Advantageous)

· Customer service experience

· Professional and well-groomed

· Excellent written skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work and thrive under high levels of pressure

· Self – Motivation and enthusiastic – time management and work un-supervised.

Basic Salary Offered: R5 500.00 plus Comm
