Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, energetic and well organized individual. We are a leading company in the Debt Counselling industry servicing over indebted consumers. We are looking to employ a self-motivated, problem-solving Office Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Liaising with clients
  • General Office admin
  • Supporting the General Manager with statistics, logistics & reporting
  • Compliance
  • Training of new staff
  • Managing the overall administrative staff and functions
We require the incumbent to present with the following key skills :
  • Strong organizing abilities
  • Ability to train, review and develop individuals
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor / Manager in an office environment. Preferably within the Debt Counselling / Credit Industry
  • Strong ability to prioritize and plan proactively
Qualifications and Experience
  • A Finance/Management diploma or related
  • Preferable previous experience within an Office admin Supervisor/Manager role
  • A thorough knowledge of the National Credit Act
