Tama Rockstar DX – Made in Taiwan (late1990s) – Black Wrap - Cymbal stands includedClassic Made in Taiwan 1999 Tama Rockstar drum kit in excellent playing condition. This is from the late 1990s era when Tama built their shells from warm, focussed Basswood and Philippine mahogany (luan) — a tonewood known for deep low-end and punchy mids.Killer studio kit with probably the best kick I have heard in a sound treated room.This particular kit was only used for rehearsal and studio sessions, i.e. well look after. Selling because I am moving abroad.This kit can be considered a collectable as these are from an iconic era of rock music when Tama moved away from oversized toms to the start of the Rock tom sizes we see today.
