Solderless Jazz Bass or PJ Bass Pre-wired Electronics

Jazz bass or PJ Bass electronic assembly that has been pre-wired with vintage spec cloth wire, full size pots with brass shaft (flat bottom or concave – which ever we have available at the time), High quality output jack soldered to twisted cloth wires, we twist them so the ground acts as a shield to reduce noise.

– A250K Volume for Neck Pickup

– A250K Volume for Bridge Pickup

– 0.047uf Capacitor

Connect your ground wire from Neck pickup to the right/middle terminal of the connector on top of 1st Volume pot, and the ground of your Bridge pickup to the right/middle terminal of the connector on top of the 2nd Volume pot. You should also have an existing ground wire coming from your guitars bridge as well as the output jack, connect these 2 wires to any of the ground connections (the middle and right hand of the connectors are grounds – it doesn’t matter which grounds are connected to which ground terminal)

Connect the hot of each of your pickups to the left lug on each of the solderless connectors.

We offer this wiring harness in a solder-in option too.

We can also change the value of the Pots and Capacitor to your preference if you like, let us know. A250k/B250K/A500K/B500K pots are available, as well as 0.022uf or 0.047uf Capacitor.
