Solderless Electronics for 2 x Humbucker with Master Volume and Master Tone with Coil Split

Complete wiring harness for 2 humbucker pickup guitars. Full size pot for volume, push/pull pot for tone (can be used for coil splitting) and high quality 3 way toggle switch. A mono output jack is also connected with ample wire length to accommodate different guitar layouts. There will be wires running to the push pull pot to split your pickups already, you must just connect your pickups to the connecter on the top of the volume pot with a screw driver. If you want to coil split you need to pull the push pull pot. This will only work with pickups that have 4 cord wires.

A500k Volume with Duncan Treble Bleed

Connecting your pickup wires:

With a small screw driver press the orange tab in and insert your wire and release the tab. Give a tug to make sure the wire went in far enough.

NECK HOT goes to the tab with GREEN wire attached behind it

BRIDGE HOT goes to the tab with RED wire attached behind it

COIL SPLIT (if applicable) goes to the tab with WHITE wire attached behind it.

GROUNDS FROM PICKUPS AND BRIDGE goes to any bottom tab

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a solderless wiring assembly, if your guitar layout has your switch in a different cavity location than the rest of the electronics (such as a Les Paul which has the toggle switch at the top of the guitar) then you would need to de-solder the switch, feed the wires to the switch cavity and solder the switch again. If your electronic components are all in the same routed cavity then you don’t need to feed the switch wires through to a different cavity so then this installation is completely solderless. There is 50cm of wire on the switch so there is enough slack to have your switch in any location on a guitar. The wire is also shielded. We also sell versions of this wiring where your prewired switch and jack is separate allowing you to feed it through the cavities then connect it to a solderless electronic assembly.
