SILVER STRIPE vs. OTHER Bandit 112 Models:

I would highly recommend this amp to anyone who wants a reliable, high headroom pedal platform without having to buy and pay for the maintenance of a tube amp. The legendary on-board clean channel is quite revered and the crunch channel has plenty drive to crank out some really nice hard rock and metal fire! The spring reverb tank also performs like a champ. These early American made Silver Stripe TransTube models have regained popularity in the past few years and good condition examples, from what I've seen have sold for up to $450 !!
