This versatility is achieved through the signature Dropped Chainstay, which provides space for these big tires without requiring wide cranks, allowing you to run road cranks for the best pedaling efficiency (low Q-factor). The carbon frame itself uses a blend of high-modulus and tougher grades of carbon, strategically placed to be both light and durable.

• SRAM 1x 11 Drivetrain: This bike is equipped with an 11-speed gears set. A SRAM 1x11 groupset is an ideal option for this style of bike, providing the simplicity of a single ring drivetrain. The internal routing system is compatible with 1x mechanical setups, keeping cables and hoses clean and protected within the frame.

• SRAM Hydraulic Braking: The confidence to push boundaries comes from the responsiveness and stopping power of SRAM hydraulic brakes. These braking systems are designed to use DOT fluid (DOT 4 or the recommended SRAM High-Performance DOT 5.1 fluid). The front brake uses the Smartmount 160 system, attaching the flatmount caliper directly to the U-Turn fork without a traditional adapter, creating a lighter, stiffer, and safer setup for 160mm rotors.
